Women Working for Community Cohesion - Stockport

SI Stockport International Women’s Day Event

Stockport Club in partnership with Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council has obtained funding from the Lottery for a celebration of International Women’s Day on Monday March 8th.

The theme of the day is “Women Working for Community Cohesion” and women from diverse ethnic groups have been invited to an early evening (5-8pm) celebration at Stockport’s Art Gallery.

We are also welcoming visitors from Stockport’s twin towns, Beziers and Heilbronn.

There will be dancing, music, food and speakers.
